Return and Exchange Policy

At TBTCN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.

Returns:

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please log into your account and go to the “My Orders” section. Select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
  • Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic returns. For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original payment methods will be credited, and it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

  • Timeframe: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must do so within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Process: To exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the exchanged item at no additional cost to you.
  • Availability: Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.
  • Shipping: We cover the shipping cost for the first exchange. Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping fees.

Exceptions:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
    Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
    Defective Items:
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and either replace it with a non-defective one or issue a full refund.
